Welcome Nicholas Brice, Deputy Principal
Dear School Community,
I am delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Nicholas (Nick) Brice as Deputy Principal of Peninsula Grammar, commencing at the start of 2026.
Nick joins us with nearly 25 years of leadership across Independent schools from ELC to Year 12, in both South Australia and Queensland. His distinguished career spans roles as Deputy and Acting Headmaster, Head of Senior School, and most recently as Deputy Chief Executive of the SACE Board of South Australia, where he has played an instrumental role in shaping educational policy and practice at both a state and national level.
A passionate educator and strategic leader, Nick brings a wealth of experience in educational strategy, curriculum innovation, pastoral care, and whole-school operations. He is deeply committed to fostering environments where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, and to nurturing professional cultures that inspire excellence and care in equal measure.
Nick’s leadership philosophy aligns beautifully with our School’s values and our strategic commitment to Moving Forward as One — ensuring every student is known, supported, and challenged to achieve their personal best. His collaborative approach and genuine belief in the transformative power of education make him an exceptional addition to our Executive Team.
Joining Nick on this exciting journey are his wife Lani and their two young sons, Parker and Harry, who are equally thrilled to be joining the Peninsula Grammar community and to embrace life on the Mornington Peninsula.
Please join me in warmly welcoming Nick and his family to Peninsula Grammar. We look forward with great anticipation to the expertise, energy, and insight he will bring to our School in the years ahead.
Warm regards,
Leandra Turner
Principal
