Turn It Off〡A Student Initiative

We couldn’t be prouder to share our newest student-led initiative launching tomorrow. Turn It Off encourages parents to limit air pollution around campus by turning off their cars when possible at pick-up and drop-off times.

Inspired by a recent study from the Global Centre for Clean Air Research that found kids face up to 300% more air pollutants when cars idle at schools — a group of Year 12 students joined together to take action.

Turn It Off launches tomorrow on and around the Peninsula Grammar campus. Please do your part to limit air pollution by turning off your car when possible on Thursday, 31 March 2022.

Together, we can stop air pollution in its tracks.
