Teacher profile
New Middle Years teacher Josh Stephens talks about his passion for student wellbeing and delivering quality teaching
I’m keen for students to have a voice and agency, as well as delivering what helps their learning. For me, it’s also about helping other students and teachers to achieve their goals.
I aim to ensure that all students complete their learning to the best of their ability. I also want to ensure that all students treat others fairly through their kindness and manners.
My experience includes two years at Shepparton with Grade 6 (Transition and Graduation Leader) and Pearcedale with Grade 5 and Grade 3 students, as well as being involved with the Student/Staff Wellbeing Team at the latter.
I chose Peninsula Grammar due to its connectedness with the community and desire for each student to be the best version of themselves.
