Partnerships & Fundraising

Proud to give back

We are justifiably proud of Peninsula Grammar and the well-rounded, well-educated, considerate and community-minded young people who constitute our past and present student body.

We support local partnerships where we mutually serve to enhance and give back to the community in which we live.

FUNDRAISING FOR INDIA

Fundraising for a Boarding School in the North of India

Peninsula Grammar has for some years provided financial and administrative support to the Anglican Church in India to establish a boarding school in the north of India, in the state of Uttaranchal, near the city of Dehradun.

The Peninsula School India is open to students of all faiths and is expected to grow to around 300 students in accordance with a continuing building program.

The main language of instruction is English, with an English language curriculum controlled by a curriculum board in India. Hindi and Sanskrit are also extensively taught. The School hopes to offer the VCE and other elements of the Australian curriculum in future.

Peninsula Grammar undertakes regular fundraising events to raise awareness of our partnership to support the students and school in India.

COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS

Peninsula Grammar is delighted to partner with Frankston Arts Centre to present quality family theatre for our local community.

Peninsula Grammar is Children’s Theatre Partner for 2020.

Our support enables Frankston Arts Centre to offer very affordable tickets to children’s shows and encourage the next generation of theatregoers to immerse themselves in live performance.

Frankston Arts Centre aims to develop in young audiences a passion for storytelling, stagecraft, music, dance and drama and inspire tomorrow’s theatre-makers today.
