Administration Support Assistant – Middle Years

Full-time ongoing

We invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced Administration Assistants for this full-time, ongoing role. The role is primarily responsible for providing efficient and effective administration support to the Head of Middle Years.

We are seeking candidates who preferably have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar role and possess high levels of proficiency in MS Office applications. An ability to multi-task with excellent accuracy, organisation and planning skills is essential, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to work with discretion regarding confidential matters. Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential and the ability to work autonomously with a high level of productivity will ensure success in this role.
